HR Operations and Visa Coordinator
HR OPERATIONS AND VISA COORDINATOR, Sloan Human Resources, will ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions, including but not limited to employee pay changes, terminations, job posting, payroll adjustments, etc. while maintaining employee records; proactively review HR transactions, including term appointments & temporary increases to verify status; support and monitor HR workflows, including Service Now requests to ensure accurate systems of record and reporting capabilities; interpret, advise, and provide information on general HR operations and processes and MIT/Sloan personnel policies and procedures; investigate and resolve payroll issues; lead, manage and prepare all required materials for visa processing; stay up to date with ch
