Overview
St. Luke's Health System is seeking an HR Analyst to join our team.
Position Summary
The HR Analyst Employee Health is a new position which will be responsible for coordination of policy management and administration of SLHS Employee Health policies.
The HR Analyst will focus on process development and improvement for the work of Employee Health. Duties for the position include reporting and tracking for policy compliance; communicating with employees on Employee Health policies adherence and planning for varied Employee Health programs.
This role will partner closely with stakeholder groups in Data and Analytics, Occupational Health and Human Resources.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in using systems and data, process management and improvement, problem solving and communications.
Please note this is not a clinical role
Responsibilities
- Researches and analyzes basic to intermediate-level HR issues and participates in problem resolution; possesses working knowledge of subject matter.
- Provides day-to-day advice, interpretation, and support to client departments regarding the application of human resources policies, guidelines, procedures, and best practices.
- Collects, analyzes and presents data.
- Conducts studies, performs research and prepares reports for leadership.
- Reviews, interprets and recommends policy, process or program improvements; identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assists in the development and implementation of HR programs and policies.
- Ensures compliance with applicable rules, regulations and policies.
- Consults with internal customers regarding basic to intermediate-level transactions; troubleshoots HR related issues and identifies stakeholders business needs.
- Assists in developing, conducting, and/or participating in specialized presentations and training, as appropriate, covering operational and/or technical HR related information.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree OR 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree
- Experience: 2 years of experience
