As part of our HR Service Center team, you will be at the heart of employee supportfielding a high volume of inbound calls, written inquiries, and in-person interactions from a broad audience that includes faculty, staff, student employees, retirees, and prospective hires. Whether it is a quick question or a complex situation, youll be the first line of guidance, empathy, and resolution.This is a hybrid role, combining remote work with on-site responsibilities in a fast-paced call center environment.
