HR Generalist
Scope of Position The HR Generalist is responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of HR services to designated leaders and faculty, for providing guidance on HR policies and processes, and monitoring, evaluating, and reporting progress on key metrics. Supports the HR Business Partner by providing human resources analysis and support services to maximize the effectiveness of HR processes that promote the organizations strategic objectives.
