Job Summary: This position serves as one of three HR Associate Directors in the College of Letters & Science responsible for human resources and compensation activities for more than 1100 academic and limited staff, 230 university staff, 56 temporary employees, 207 employees-in-training and more than 1500 student hourly appointments.Under general direction of the HR Director, this position directs comprehensive personnel and compensation processes and performs human resource related activities in the College of Letters and Sciences (L&S) Human Resources Office for assigned departments.
