Human Resource Representative, Testing/Recruitment
Illinois Residency Requirement: This position requires Illinois residency within 180 calendar days of the start date. The Office of Human Resources is looking for dynamic and qualified applicants to fill a full-time Human Resource Representative position in the Civil Service Testing section. The Human Resource Representative works cohesively with another section employee to review all Civil Service candidate materials to determine eligibility to complete examinations in applicable classifications. Employees in this section must maintain a level of confidentiality of all applicant and employee files, along with all Civil Service testing materials.
