- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related area and one to two years of demonstrated knowledge of general human resource practices or equivalent.
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
- One or more years experience in modern ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Human Resource experience in a higher education setting. One or more years of SAP experience in HCM modules.
