- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in math or a data related field
- Strong analytic skills and the ability to organize and analyze large data sets. Experience with pivot tables and v-lookups preferred
- Preferred but not required: Up to 3 years of relevant experience administering leave benefits and extensive knowledge of the Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave Act and Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993
- Preferred but not required: Experience with SAP
