JOB SUMMARY: The Attorney will function as a key legal partner to human resources personnel and leaders on employment law matters and overall compliance with global, federal and local employment and labor laws. The successful candidate will report to the Deputy General Counsel or General Counsel depending upon experience and will work directly with her or his business counterparts, as well as other legal and compliance staff; and will function as a member of the Textron Aviation legal department.
