Key Responsibilities:*Provide day-to-day guidance to the HRSC team including issue resolutions and escalations by the HRSC.*Topics include any and all content managed, provided, maintained by the HRSC for employees and leaders.*Monitors email, chat and webcases on a daily basis to ensure staff coverage is adequate and escalate to HR Support Center Manager when needed.*On a regular basis, audit calls and webcases and provide HRSC individuals with constructive feedback and additional training as identified. Shares outcomes with HRSC manager. *On a monthly basis, gather identified HRSC metrics for each representative and re
