Job Duties: This position will be a part of the Employee Relations (ER) unit and report to the Director of Employee Relations. ER serves as a resource for employees and supervisors in addressing and resolving workplace issues and concerns. Functions of the ER unit include: administering the grievance process for employees Subject to the State Human Resources Act (SHRA) and Clinical Support Services (CSS) employees, coordinating the Performance Management program, administering the Reduction in Force Policy, coordinating return to work efforts for employees, providing counseling for employees and supervisors on workplace issues, coordinating disciplinary processes, policy interpretation, providing crisis management
