Responsibilities: Develop and maintain group-wide human resources strategies, HR budget, C&B schemes and remuneration policies, and especially participate in the management of Southeast Asia subsidiaries, including: Review, analyze, and co-ordinate the manpower planning of the Southeast Asia subsidiaries Annual HR budgeting and allocation in accordance with the group's manpower strategy, bonus and salary review plans, and annual bonus and salary review budgeting and allocation Study, formulate and execute the HR budget control mechanism Study, establish and maintain rewards management policies and staff wellness programs Conduct due diligence on Southeast Asia subsidiaries' C&B policies and management initiatives
