Job Description:Serving as a member of the Divisionâ™s senior leadership team, the Associate Director of Athletics for Human Resources and Professional Development (âœAssociate ADâ) oversees all of the human resources and professional development functions and drives the short and long-term workforce management strategies within the Division of Athletics and Recreation.  The Associate AD will implement human resources strategies that include non-exempt and exempt staff, department managers, head and assistant coaches, direct administrative support staff, student assistants, regular and seasonal employees, and independent contractors.  Strategies include recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, onboar
