Job Duties: The position functions as an HR Specialist within HRIS, working cross-functionally to solve intermediate to high-level issues and complexities within the relevant systems, with supervisory support when necessary. This employee independently handles specialized processing of documents and materials relating to the employee personnel/payroll data in Banner and related systems. This work is specialized and technical in nature, requiring an extensive knowledge of the applications, coding and work unit processes in addition to university, state and federal policies and procedures.
