Purpose of the Role The Vice President, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion will serve as the principal advisor to the executive leadership team on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts. The VP will provide strategic and programmatic leadership for all DE&I initiatives, for all staff. Additionally, the VP of DE&I will create a framework for tracking, reporting and communicating around DE&I metrics and progress.
