San Luis Valley Health is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support the organization’s Director in managing all day-to-day operations in support of fulfilling the organization’s vision, mission, values, and Magnet for Excellent People strategy and tactics. The Manager will be oversee administration of all the facility's benefit programs, leave of absence, and worker's compensation programs, and provide indirect support to SLVH’s recruitment and retention programs and navigating employee relations. This position will help direct and oversee the functions of the HR Assistants and Generalists ensuring consistent application of identified HR services, policies, and programs for the organization.
