HR Business Partner - Corporate and Nursing Services
Duke Health Human Resources is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide support to a number of our key functional groups that provide services across the Health System. The Business Partner will contribute at both operational and strategic levels to provide excellent service to our customers. This role will function in a variety of areas across the spectrum of HR, to include: work culture, performance management, employee relations, benefits, compensation, training & development, recruitment, and staff recognition. This position reports to the Assistant Director, HR and will provide HR consultation to specified customer groups within Duke Health while also helping to executive system-wide initiatives.
