The School of Nursing shares the mission of Oregon Health & Science University to provide educational programs, basic and clinical research, high quality care, and community programs. We strive to provide leadership in nursing and health care through thoughtful innovation in healing, teaching, and diversity. The HR Associate is the department support for recruitment and onboarding. The HR Associate has ownership of student hiring, including work-study students and GRU employees. The incumbent will take ownership of candidate sourcing for hard to fill faculty positions with an eye towards increasing the diversity of our employees.
