A specialized contractor, located south of Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Human Resources Manager. Responsibilities: Will work toward developing and managing a Human Resources department for US & Canada, (currently accomplished on an Ad Hoc basis by support staff). Performs a variety of tasks to include: Plans, directs and carries out policies relating to all phases of personnel activity. Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions. Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions
