JOB SUMMARYUnder general executive direction, is responsible for the human resources function of the organization. Responsibilities include the administration and implementation of all phases in human resources including but not limited to: payroll, benefits, compensation, recruitment, talent/performance management, training, equal opportunity/affirmative action, workers' compensation, employee relations, wage and labor compliance, and related recordkeeping. May coordinate with legal counsel on any employment related activity subject to labor law. Ensures that the company's employment practices comply with provisions of regulatory agencies, subject to audit.
