HR Business Partner III – Human Resources
Join the HJF Team! HJF is seeking a HR Business Partner III to support the Human Resources Department, located at the HJF Home Office in Bethesda, MD. The HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives in designated programs and departments.  This includes the administration of HJF policies and procedures and serves as a consultant to programs on human resources related matters. This role supports several complex programs and departments and independently anticipates program needs to make recommendations to align with operational, functional, and strategic program objectives.   This is the third of four individual contributor HR Business Partner levels; there are also two Managerial levels within the series.
