WittKieffer has partnered with Gundersen Health System in the national search for its first Vice President, Human Resources Operations (VP/HR). This is a unique opportunity at a highly innovative community health system to lead the maturation of the total rewards, HR technology and HR service center aspects for the Health System. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the VP/HR will be a highly visible role and a critical hire for the Health System. This leader will be tasked with evaluating the current enterprise total rewards strategy and creating programs that are aligned with the evolving workforce.
