Position Summary Serve as part of the Residential & Hospitality Services (RHS) Human Resources leadership team to assist, develop, and administer human resource activities for the Division; supervises, evaluates, and facilitates meetings with HR managers, HR interns, and assigned support staff; provides oversight of all student, on-call, and temporary hires for RHS including I-9 compliance, criminal background check adjudication, wage increases, and change of statuses; oversees and updates all interview guides for all RHS positions; oversees Performance Excellence Program process for RHS to ensure accurate and timely submission; strategizes and oversees all planning and implementation for recruiting events for part-time team members to ensure RHS units are properly staffed; ser
