The Director, HR Business Partner provides/develops strategy and direction on a broad range of strategic HR services to the Corporate & PSAS Finance Organization. The Director, HRBP will work closely with multiple senior leaders to assess, anticipate, facilitate and inspire organizational and people related strategies. The individual must operate as a strong collaborator and consultant, leveraging relationship skills and business expertise, and provide solutions and recommendations to align, enable, and accelerate both short and long-term business/change objectives. Responsible for partnering with Finance Senior Leaders to drive forward the people agenda. Ensures integration of strategy and solutions in partnership with the CoEs and Shared Services.
