Chief Human Resources & Talent Development Officer  Professional, Non-Unit Position Primary campus: Danvers Reporting to the President, the Chief Human Resources & Talent Development Officer provides strategic Human Resources and Talent Development leadership for the College. Responsible for developing and implementing talent development plans consistent with the College's Strategic Plan, Board of Higher Education requirements and State/Federal laws, rules and regulations.
