The HR Generalist III serves as a member of a Staff Team within a shared services model of the integrated HR organization. The position partners closely with a set of client departments to facilitate their business objectives and proactively address and resolve routine and complex problems by applying policy knowledge and experience. The HR Generalist III is responsible for collaborating with departments, schools, business units and specialty centers to deliver efficient and effective HR services and ensure compliance with UCSF HR policy and procedures.
