HR Reporting Analyst (HRIS Analyst)
The purpose of this position is to develop reporting solutions for Business Intelligence (BI) in Human Resources (HR). Responsibilities include specifying, developing and implementing customer specific BI solutions to the full satisfaction of the customer and OHSU. Solutions developed will range from basic queries to complex reports and analysis utilizing the functionality of Cognos Analytics, SQL and Excel. This position requires an in-depth knowledge and the ability to design detailed solutions involving calculated fields, query joins and merging data from different data sources. This position will proactively act as an expert on HR data and systems working closely with ITG resources to ensure alignment and continued growth towards a state of the art BI
