The University of South Carolina's Division of Human Resources has implemented a new HR service delivery model to better serve our employees and the colleges, schools, and business units that support them. We are accepting applications to fill the role of Senior HR Generalist.
The Senior Human Resources Generalist will serve on a service team within the Division of Human Resources providing direct support to a set of assigned colleges and divisions within the University. The Senior HR Generalist plays a crucial role on the Service Team by providing higher level support for cross-functional HR actions. This position prioritizes service to customer units by providing guidance and assistance to HR contacts, management, and employees regarding HR actions within the scope of this position. The Senior HR Generalist as resource and peer leader to HR Contacts to ensure they are strengthening knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and applicable regulations/laws.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and 3 years experience in human resources management programs.
