Advertised Job Summary:
The Human Resources Director for the Office of the Provost reports to the Assistant Provost and Chief of Staff. This position oversees the day to day operations and provides guidance on HR procedures and interprets HR related policies for leadership and HR contacts in academic units reporting to the Vice President for Academic Affairs and the Provost. The HR Director serves as the liaison with the Division of Human Resources Service Team as it relates to employee relations, benefits, employment, and compensation issues
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Master's degree and 2 years related experience in business, public administration or administrative services, or bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience; or equivalency.
