SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) BUSINESS PARTNER, Facilities, to partner with managers/supervisors/staff in all areas of HR for the purpose of building and developing a high-performing and engaged workforce. Will coach and provide guidance on a range employee relations issues, mediate issues, and resolve conflicts; conduct investigations and ensure due process; interpret and provide advice on complex HR issues/policies/procedures; participate in labor relations negotiations; provide input into strategic decision-making; manage strategic talent acquisition program, identifying needs, and collaborating on improving retention; develop and deliver training; create/revise position descriptions and work with Compensation Office on job evaluations, pay decisions, and market/equity reviews; provide HR-related reports; provide advice on employee family and medical leaves, work accommodations, and workers' compensation; manage the offboarding process; promote a diverse and inclusive workforce; and perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements REQUIRED: bachelor's degree; four years' HR generalist experience; experience managing and leading others; excellent coaching, conflict resolution, employee relations, interpersonal, customer service, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills; comprehensive knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, e.g., compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee and labor relations, talent acquisition, employee retention, diversity and equity, performance management, and federal/state employment laws; experience investigating employee relations matters and employment policy violations; discretion with confidential material/information; meticulous attention to detail; experience administering projects/programs/processes; and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat. Must be able to exercise good judgment; take initiative; work independently and as part of a team; run successful meetings; and multitask and follow through on tasks in a busy environment.
