This position provides technical support to the Human Resources Department using the College's HRIS software (Ellucian aka Datatel/Colleague) for accurate and efficient data entry for Employee Performance Appraisals (EPA), statistical reports, and scanningof employee files. Provides specialized administrative and technical services in the areas of recruitment, advertising, record keeping, employee benefits and special projects. Serves as backup for employee onboarding (benefit orientations) sessions as needed. Receives and processes advertising information for the recruitment of applicants for college-wide vacant positions.
