The Director, Labor & Employee Relations position will provide you the following opportunities: (1) knowledge and work experience from various areas in the Human Resources department; (2) professional development and mentoring to enhance your knowledge, skills and abilities, (3) preparation for your own succession planning and career path; and (4) work on a collaborative and inclusive team.

A minimum of one year’s management (supervisor) experience in a related field is required.
A minimum of two years’ experience in labor and/or employee relations is required.
Three years of experience in a role such as Director, Manager, Supervisor, Human Resources Business Partner or HR Generalist related to human resources, business, or education is required.
Valid Drivers license, insurance and reliable transportation will be required
