The Human Resources (HR) Functional Business Analyst (FBA) works collaboratively within the HR Department to meet the business objectives through efficient and effective use of the systems and technology. The HR FBA has responsibility for maintaining the HR and benefits components of the current enterprise administrative system, PeopleSoft HCM. The HR FBA is also the primary liaison between the HR department and the developers and application support staff, partnering to integrate internally developed system modifications by providing business specifications, test cases/plans, and functional testing support. In addition, the HR FBA fulfills the data needs, both internal and external to HR, to assist with day-to-day operational needs and broader strategic planning.
