Serves as a Recruiting and Talent System Administrator of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Subject Matter Expert.
Performs configuration changes to the HRIS for the assigned functional area in accordance with the Change Management process and ensure highest confidentiality of employee personnel data.
Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues related to the HRIS. Develops and maintains standard operating procedures for day to day support.
Develops end-user training materials & hosts education sessions.
Responsible for the cross-functional review, testing, and implementation of HRIS feature releases.
Recommends and implements cross-functional policies, procedures, and technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity.
Participates in large-scale projects related to the HRIS; leads small-scale projects related to the assigned functional area
If a suitably experienced candidate cannot be found, applicants who meet the basic qualifications, but possess fewer years of experience (4) will be considered for hire at a lower level. Salary would commensurate with experience.
