This role is responsible for building and implementing an adoption and user experience strategy for multiple HR systems including Workday, Cornerstone, ServiceNow HR. This includes establishing desired user experience objectives, baseline self-service and overall usage metrics and regular reporting cadence, identifying barriers to desired future state usage and experience targets and partnering with key HR partners and other stakeholders to build comprehensive plans to improve system usage (where applicable) and user experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and drive system adoption across HR Systems by establishing baselines and desired targets, monitoring key system metrics and tracking progress to meet system usage targets.
Collaborate cross-functionally with COE teams, HR Systems Leaders, HRBPs, Corporate Communications, Change management, HR Ops Council and other partners to identify pain points/barriers impacting employee/leader experience and system adoption/utilization and create comprehensive plans to address.
Identify and create/maintain job aids or other tools to support end users in utilization of HR systems and deliver ad-hoc training as needed.
Partner with Communications, HR Systems and COE teams to create ad hoc communications to support the implementation of new enhancements or new functionality.
Collect feedback from end users through regular pulse surveys, user feedback sessions or other mechanisms and partner with HR systems teams to build action plans.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or equivalent
3+ years of experience with Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Project Management or Related
Demonstrated ability to partner and influence collaboratively in a matrixed organization within multiple regions; preferably for U.S., EMEA/APAC, and India
Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to work self-sufficiently and to take initiative.
Strong system/technology skills including MS Office Suite and PowerPoint
Demonstrated experience utilizing data and analytics.
Preferred Qualifications :
3+ years of experience with hands on system administration
Experience in HR process development
Experience with creating job aids and/or training
Survey creation
