Department: Human Resources Job Summary:  BB&N is seeking to hire a Human Resources Analyst to manage our benefits, leave, and human resources database administration. In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining and organizing diverse HR information, updating the HR database, coordinating all employee benefits, leave, creating data dashboards, and any HR-related programs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Responsibilities Include: Serve as a primary point of person for all employees regarding benefits eligibility, claims resolution, and plan summary explanations Collaborate with staff and faculty on the open enrollment process and upd
