Provides intermediate to senior level human resources support to the employees of Tarleton State University and the Department of Employee Services; Work hours: Mon-Fri; 8 AM-5 PM or as work requirements indicateResponsibilities:- 65% Daily administration of all leave programs, such as FMLA, vacation leave, and sick leave. Review records in Workday to ensure the appropriate use of leave and required documentation is received when needed. Monitors need and eligibility for Sick Leave Pool.
