Position Summary Manages the Human Resources and related administrative activities of a large and complex veterinary medical center including participation in the development of business and administrative goals, objectives, policies and procedures. As an essential member of the Veterinary Medical Center (VMC) Management Team, serves as internal consultant and strategic partner to management and staff in the areas of human resources, employee and labor relations, talent management and recruitment, culture and wellness, and diversity, equity and inclusion.
