We are seeking a Senior HR Coordinator. The Sr. HR Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of Human Resources support and consulting services to the department managers, supervisors, and staff and student employees for the following areas, recruitment and employment, payroll, reporting, training and education for onboarding and offboarding, compliance and safety, information management, benefits interpretation, first point of contact for employee relations issues, personnel records management, policy interpretation (FMLA, Short/Long-term Disability, Workers Comp), as well as information dissemination.
