The Human Resources Manager (HRM) reports to the CAO and operates in a “Business Partner” capacity with leadership related to all Human Resource functions including Recruitment, On-boarding / Off-boarding, Employee Relations and Policy oversight, Compensation and Benefit strategy and administration, Coaching, Performance Management, Employee Development and Communications, and HR Compliance.
