Position Summary: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Consultant for University Human Resources. This position reports to the Director of Business Partner Services.Under the general direction of the Director, the Sr. HR Consultant will independently participate in maintaining and developing relationships throughout the university and assist with administration of University Human Resources' (UHR) polices, procedures and processes.
