Human Resources Generalist III (Compensation & Immigration)
The Human Resources (HR) Generalist III, under general supervision, will serve as a key human resources contact by serving departments to address their classification, compensation and staffing needs. Collaborates with all hiring departments to assist with programs, services, and solutions specifically for classification and compensation, immigration services and special projects.Responsibilities:Proactively interacts with faculty and staff administrators on proposed new position requests, reclassifications and position updates for faculty, staff and graduate assistant positions.Â Studies position requests in the HRIS System and conducts thorough job analyses on new positions, including reclassifications for faculty and staf
