Position Summary The Unit Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative, leadership and human resources support within the Division of Student Life & Engagement (SLE), formerly knows as Residential & Hospitality Services. This position recruits, selects, hires, on-boards, and trains hourly student and on-call team members across our division. The Unit Human Resources Coordinator reports to the SLE Human Resource office. The job requires first level supervision over student team members. Specific duties include: recruits, interviews, selects, and completes hiring paperwork for student and on-call team members; conducts on-boarding, orientation, training, and off-boarding for student and on-call team members; assists supervisory staff in developing and maintaining performan
