Executive Assistant to Associate Vice President, HR
Working in a very busy environment, the incumbent in this position provides direct support to the Associate Vice President of Human Resources and performs duties of a high-level, complex, significant and confidential nature that support the operations of the Office of Human Resources with limited oversight. The incumbent must also be able to independently apply operational, procedural and/or compliance knowledge when handling routine matters or decisions related to designated areas of responsibility and is held accountable for those decisions and results, which often have college-wide significance.
