The Manager of Human Resources will oversee the management of human resources functions for Northern Neck Electric Cooperative. Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, the following: Plans, develops, recommends, and implements human resources activities and programs for the Cooperative, assisting upper management as requested. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
