The Human Resources Associate will partner with the Senior Director, Human Resources to support the daily functions of the Development & Construction HR department including recruiting, onboarding and exiting team members, serving as the liaison for team member support related to pay, benefits, and leave, and communication and interpretation of company policies and practices.
