This position will serve as Human Resources Coordinator for Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Tompkins County. Working closely with the HR Team, this position will be responsible for the coordination of HR functions including hiring processes; conducting background checks via established protocol; orientation processes; payroll and benefits functions; insurance processes (i.e. Workers Compensation, Unemployment); updating digital and paper HR information systems and ensuring appropriate document retention; maintaining and streamlining digital HR processes, and other duties as assigned.The HR Coordinator will work with the HR team to coordinate all aspects of summer camp HR processes and will work closely with 4-H staff to ensure hiring, orientation, payrol
