Job Description:The Director provides leadership and manages all human resources functions across academic departments, centers, and administrative departments reporting to the School of Public Health.Â The position partners with staff and faculty managers to develop and maintain organizational structures and staffing plans for approximately two hundred and fifty (250) staff positions.Â The Director oversees staff recruitment and compensation decisions working closely with the Executive Dean and central University Human Resources.Â The position is responsible for ensuring positions are structured appropriately in the Human Resources System.Â Â The position is a member of the University Human Resources HR Partner
