Working/Functional Title IPF Recruitment/Hiring Coordinator Position Summary IPF Human Resources invites applications for the position of IPF Recruitment/Hiring Coordinator. This department is responsible for all aspects of promoting and supporting the employee life cycle touch-points – recruitment/hiring, onboarding, performance and training, retention, and succession planning concerning human capital and diversity, equity, and inclusion issues. This position works closely with staffing coordinators and supervisors to identify, recruit, hire and retain quality employees. Collaborates with Communications department to implement active and passive recruitment campaigns. Assists in the creation of screening and hiring tools. Supports the onboarding process
