Job Duties: The position will be responsible for a variety of Classification and Compensation functions with accountability of ensuring the validity of data across multiple systems and position management records and files.This position will provide a variety of program and technical assistance within the Classification and Compensation unit. Position is responsible for being thoroughly knowledgeable of personnel policies, practices and procedures within the university system to make appropriate decisions.This position will review, analyze and approve the establishment of faculty positions and will have responsibility for the review and analysis of routine SHRA/CSS new positions within our ele
