Description Description: This position will provide the selected candidate with exposure to the Compensation and Benefits domains within Human Resources. The role will support the Compensation function and gain exposure to: benchmarking jobs, tracking of key data points associated with pay equity, and reporting/analytics. The role will also support the Benefits function through contributing to benefits projects and administration.
